The Core Team

Edgar Karamagi

Strategy Partner

Edgar is our team lead on strategy in the agency. His role is to lead the team to see which is the best direction to take in answering a client brief. 

Edgar has been in the advertising world for over 10 years having worked with some of the best ad agencies and brands that Uganda has got to offer. His media planning skills were employed on clients such as Sadolin, Shoprite, Stanbic while working with Limelight Advertising and MTN while he worked with MetropolitanRepublic Uganda. 

Edgar is currently the head of Public Relations at Africell Uganda, a role he serves concurrently with building this start-up agency.


Grace Amme

Public Relations Specialist

Grace is our public relations coordinator at Adsparko. Her main duties are cordinating all public relations duties at the agencies and as such she takes the lead in answering Public Relations job briefs at the agency.

Grace joins the team with over eight years in the industry having worked with some key players like Cairo Bank, Letshego, UHMG, Inter-Religious Council to mention but a few. 

Bob Balaam

Digital Strategist

Bob is our senior digital strategist who essentially helps us steer the agency when it comes to answering client digital briefs.

Bob is an industry veteran in the digital field having worked with Galaxy FM helping it build an engaged social media audience. Bob also manages Africell digital strategy a role he serves alongside with his duties at Adsparko.
